My goal with the studio is, among other things, to connect. Bringing musicians together to discover and see what happens.
This is another wonderful session. I got to know Leo Janssen in 2018 and we still work closely together.
Mike Boddé I play in 'The Great Crossing'. I thought it would be interesting to bring these two together.
Leo had just returned from Italy.
He delivered me a demo to listen to, my thought went straight to Mike Boddé.
I had already asked Mike if he would like to record with Leo. Mike is very fascinated by his sound.
Resulting in a wonderful session with Mike in my studio

I left the music as open as possible, added a small bell.
Mixing was a pleasure.
The title speaks for itself a delicious BBQ evening with Italian friends.

The synthesis was so beautiful that we are going to record more music.
